The Tyree and Embree Law Firm was formed in 2000 by D. Scott Tyree, and Eric S. Embree. Each had previously practiced in the Teays Valley area for several years. Travis Hoffman joined the firm 2006.

Since it’s inception, Tyree, Embree has served the community in many areas of law including Real Estate, Employee Issues, Bankruptcy, Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Commercial Law, Estate Planning and Administrative Law.
